I support women to reconnect with their inner wisdom, understand their natural rhythms, and build the self-trust to create a life that feels aligned and true to them.
I believe that our cyclical nature is not something to manage or override, but something we can learn to understand and work with – emotionally, physically, and energetically.
When we deepen our understanding of the cycles within our bodies and in our lives, they can become a powerful source of clarity, confidence, and grounding as we navigate everyday life.
I once lived in a place of anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt.
I didn’t trust what I was feeling, and I often second-guessed my own decisions. I was doing everything that I thought I should be doing, but I felt trapped. I was living a life that just didn’t feel like it was me!
It wasn’t until I started learning how to listen differently, through my body, my cycle, and my inner experience, that things began to shift.
Along the way, I found practices that supported me in coming back to myself. I developed self-compassion in a way that was never taught to me. I learned to hear my inner voice and began to trust in my own experience.
Over time, I began to feel more grounded in myself and more confident in my choices. I had found an inner compass, and who would have guessed… it was with me all along!
Now I work with women who are at a turning point in their lives, or who sense something needs to shift, but aren’t quite sure what yet.
Through one-to-one sessions, I support you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself and your values, so you can begin to understand what feels aligned for you, and what doesn’t.
I weave together my knowledge and experience as a yoga and meditation teacher, menstrual cycle awareness mentor and life coach to help you come back to your own inner authority and uncover your inner compass. So you can move through life with more clarity, trust, and a quiet confidence in your decisions.
