Hi, I’m Claire.

If you’re here and reading this, then perhaps you, too, have the gift of being deeply sensitive to the world – a gift that might also leave you feeling a bit overstimulated, overwhelmed, or longingly dreaming of quiet retreat.

It is this sensitivity that has led me on a mission to understand my body and its natural cycles. Over time, I’ve cultivated a relationship of deep inner trust and self-compassion, which I now believe is the highly sensitive person’s superpower for navigating life.

I now support women to reconnect with their inner wisdom understand their natural rhythms,
and build the self-trust to create a life that feels aligned and true to them.

I once lived in a place of anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt.

I didn’t trust what I was feeling, and I often second-guessed my own decisions. I was doing everything that I thought I should be doing, but I felt trapped. I was living a life that just didn’t feel ‘right’.

It wasn’t until I started learning how to listen differently, through my body, my cycle, and my inner experience, that things began to shift.

Along the way, I found practices that supported me in coming back to myself. I developed self-compassion in a way that was never taught to me. I learned to hear my inner voice and began to trust in my own experience. 

Over time, I began to feel more grounded in myself and more confident in my choices. I had found an inner compass, and who would have guessed… it was with me all along!

I create connected spaces for women to retreat, rest and reflect.
