Perhaps you, like me, were taught from a young age to look outward for knowledge and guidance.
We looked to our parents, school teachers, communities and society, to understand what was ‘right’ and ‘wrong’, to learn how we should behave to fit in or be ‘successful’. However, when we regularly make decisions based on sources outside of us, we can be left feeling like we are living a life that isn’t our own.
What most of us are not taught is that the best guidance for your own life actually comes from … you guessed it… you! We hold the compass, and our internal navigation systems are always trying to guide us toward our best life – the one that feels right and true.
I support sensitive souls to come home to themselves. Together we’ll focus on:

What are internal guidance systems?
Internal guidance systems are tools and feedback systems that come from within us. Our work together will be highly practical, offering you tools that you can take away and use every day. We’ll draw upon the support of three key internal guidance systems:
Your Cyclical Nature
Menstrual cycle awareness, life cycle awareness and the flow of cycles in nature all hold valuable wisdom to help reflect and guide your life. In our 1-to-1 work, I’ll support you to:
- Track your menstrual cycle (if you have one)
- Understand where you are at in your life cycle process and how that’s influencing you
- Work with the seasons of nature as a source of grounding support for the personal development process you’re in
Personal Values
Your core values are the things that matter the most to you, that light you up, and are key pieces of the puzzle to living a fulfilling life. In our work together we will:
- Clarify your personal values
- Explore how your values can support aligned decision making
- Explore how your values can enhance communication and fulfilment in your relationships
Somatic & Emotional
The signals from our body and emotions can offer valuable insight into what matters to us, what needs our attention, and what feels aligned or out of alignment in our lives. Our time together will support you to:
- Find supportive practices to soothe anxiety and manage stress
- Understand what a yes feels like in your body vs a no
- Honour your emotions as invitations for deeper self-understanding, and grow your self-compassion superpower
