We are taught from a young age to look outward for knowledge and guidance.

We looked to our parents, school teachers, communities and society, to understand what was ‘right’ and ‘wrong’, to learn how we should behave to fit in or be ‘successful’. 

When we rely solely on this information to direct our life choices, we are making decisions from sources outside of us, and many of us feel as though we are living a life that doesn’t feel like our own.

What most of us are not taught is that the best guidance for your own life actually comes from … you guessed it… you!

We hold the compass and our internal navigation systems are always trying to point us in the right direction and align us toward our best life – the one that feels right and true. The only problem is, most of us haven’t been shown how to listen!

I support sensitive souls to come home to themselves. Together we’ll focus on stripping back the layers of external noise, so that you can hear the instructions for your own life from within. We’ll explore practical ways that you can tune in and build trust and confidence with your internal guidance systems. We’ll also focus on creating a sense of safety within, that serves as a quiet grounding force, nourishing your nervous system and building self-compassion– so that you can feel resourced to take confident action towards your right life.
