About Mandorla Programs

I’m honoured to work alongside Lisa Smith, Founder of Mandorla Programs, to support girls age 8 – 15 years through nature-based and soul-centred rites of passage programs.

Through workshops, circles and rites of passage challenges, we offer young women support and practical guidance for the meaningful thresholds of life.

Rooted in the rhythms of the earth, the wisdom of cycles, and deep connection to body, community, and the wild world, this work nurtures belonging, healthy boundaries, relational maturity, and a more conscious way of becoming.

About Lisa

Lisa developed Mandorla Programs after becoming a mother, inspired by a deep curiosity about how best to support girls through the transition to womanhood in a culture that often lacks reverence, guidance, and grounded support. Drawing on her long-standing healing practice, Mandorla Shiatsu, and years of studying rites of passage across cultures and throughout history, she has created a nature-based approach to healing, initiation, and meaningful transition.
