Return to Nature: Winter Women’s Circle
An afternoon of rest, reflection, connection and renewal
Winter invites us to slow down.
In nature, Winter is often a season of stillness, restoration and quiet transformation. Beneath the surface, roots continue to grow, seeds rest until the time is right, and the earth reminds us that not everything needs to be constantly moving forward.
Yet in a world that celebrates productivity, slowing down can feel unfamiliar. Many of us have forgotten how to truly rest.
This Winter Women’s Circle is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with the wisdom of Winter, both in the natural world around us and within ourselves.
Held in the beautiful surrounds of John Forrest National Park, this nourishing afternoon offers space to soften, breathe, reflect and reconnect with your body, your intuition and your own natural rhythms.
Together, we will explore the wisdom of inner Winter, the seasons of our lives and cycles that call us inward, inviting rest, reflection, release and renewal.
During this afternoon you will experience:
- A welcoming space to check in with yourself, and the opportunity to connect with others
- A nourishing slow flow and yin yoga practice to settle the body and calm the nervous system (perfect for all levels)
- A guided Yoga Nidra practice to support deep rest and restoration
- Nourishing afternoon tea and meaningful connection
- A mindful nature immersion amongst the beauty of John Forrest National Park
- Reflection practices exploring rest, renewal and your own inner seasons
This gathering is an opportunity to explore what becomes possible when we honour the wisdom of the slower seasons, and offer ourselves rest as an essential part of our wellbeing.
If you feel called to slow down and create space for yourself, or are curious about cyclical living and seasonal rhythms, then I invite you to take a place at this circle.
Whether you are currently menstruating, navigating perimenopause or menopause, or simply drawn to exploring the seasons within yourself, you are warmly welcome.
Come exactly as you are, no previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. All practices will be gentle and accessible.
